What is the Process if I want to do this?
We have created a simple, safe and secure process to create long-lasting banking of your microbiome.
When you are ready to store your microbiome:
- When you sign up, we will send you a stool collection kit that stores and preserves your healthy sample and bacteria in the absence of oxygen, keeping your sample safe. This kit will detail the process of collecting your fecal sample.
- Once your sample is ready, you send the sample in the provided pre-addressed mailing package..
- Once we receive your sample, we will immediately process and prepare it for long-term storage. You will receive confirmation that your sample has been safely processed and stored in 7-10 days of receiving your sample.
- When you are ready to request your a-FMT capsules, you can follow our simple request process, and we will ship your capsules to you.
- Upon receipt of your aFMT product, based on clinical research, you have the capability to restore your gut to a healthy state, as a-FMT has been shown to be effective in restoring the gut microbiota diversity and recovering one’s original gut microbiota composition 2,4,6,33.
Where and How is my Biome stored?
We have established a world-class lab following the highest standards of Good Laboratory Practice. Following our manufacturing process to purify and isolate your microbiome, which will then be stored in a -80 degree Celsius medical freezer to preserve your microbiome over an extended period of time.How can I receive my own Microbiome back?
Novel Biome makes the a-FMT process easy.
- Fill out the attached request Form.
- We will process your request within 7 days and ship you’re a-FMT capsules to you at the address you provide as part of the request process.
- You should receive your a-FMT capsules within 7-14 days from when you request them. If you feel you need them more immediately, please indicate as such on the request form and we will do our best to expedite the process. We will also send you simple instructions for home use.
